At MFC Latex Canada, we believe your mattress should adapt to you, not the other way around. Our Presto Customizable Mattresses are designed with individual, interchangeable layers, allowing you to fine-tune your comfort and support without replacing your entire mattress.

Our Make It Right Layer Exchange Program helps you find the right feel during your first six months, while our Lifetime Layer Replacement Program makes it more affordable to refresh or adjust your mattress for years to come.

Make It Right Layer Exchange Program

All Presto Customizable Mattresses purchased directly from MFC Latex Canada are eligible for our Make It Right Layer Exchange Program, subject to the following terms:

Exchanges must be requested within six months of the purchase date shown on the original invoice.
A maximum of two layers may be exchanged in total.
Layers may be exchanged at different times during the six-month exchange period.
Only layers 3" thick or less are eligible for exchange. Solid 6" latex cores are not eligible and cannot be exchanged for another firmness or layering combination.
The total thickness of the original mattress must remain the same.
Return shipping of the original layer is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Original layers must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the replacement layer to qualify for an exchange credit.
Returned layers must be in original condition and free from odours, tears, stains or other damage.

The Make It Right Layer Exchange Program is not available for custom-sized mattresses, as-is or clearance products, floor models, warranty claims or non-qualifying mattress models.

There are no refunds on the original mattress purchase under the layer exchange program.

All Presto Customizable Mattresses that qualify for the Make It Right Layer Exchange Program also automatically qualify for our Lifetime Layer Replacement Program.

How the Layer Exchange Process Works

We've made the exchange process simple so you can fine-tune your mattress without having to replace the entire mattress.

Contact Us: Get in touch within six months of your original purchase date. Let us know which layer you'd like to exchange and what you'd like to change about the feel of your mattress.
Find the Right Layer: We'll review your current mattress configuration and help you choose a replacement layer that better suits your comfort and support preferences. We'll also explain any additional costs if you decide to upgrade to a more expensive type of latex.
Order Your Replacement: Your replacement layer will initially be charged at our discounted Lifetime Layer Replacement loyalty rate. We'll arrange to ship the new layer directly to you.
Swap and Return: Once your replacement arrives, simply unzip your mattress cover and exchange the layers. The original layer must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your replacement layer, following our return shipping instructions.
Receive Your Credit: Once we receive and inspect your original layer, we'll refund the amount paid for the replacement layer, less the applicable return shipping costs and any upgrade charges, provided the returned layer meets our exchange conditions.

Important: All exchanges require prior authorization. Returned layers must be in original condition and free from odours, stains, tears or other damage. Layers not shipped back within 30 days or that fail to meet our return conditions will not qualify for an exchange credit.

Upgrading or Changing Latex Types

Our Make It Right Layer Exchange Program also allows customers to switch between different types of latex, subject to the program's eligibility requirements.

Upgrading to More Expensive Latex: If you choose a more expensive type of latex, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price between the original and replacement layers, based on current regular retail topper prices.
Switching to Less Expensive Latex: You may exchange your layer for a less expensive type of latex, but no refund or credit will be issued for the price difference.
Exchanging Within the Same Latex Type: There is no additional material cost when exchanging layers of the same latex type and thickness, regardless of firmness.

All exchanges remain subject to the standard return shipping costs, 30-day return requirement and other conditions of the Make It Right Layer Exchange Program.

Lifetime Layer Replacement Program

Your comfort needs can change over time, and your mattress should be able to change with you. After the initial six-month Make It Right Layer Exchange Program ends, owners of qualifying Presto Customizable Mattresses can purchase replacement layers or covers at a discounted price for the remaining life of their mattress.

For the purposes of this program, MFC Latex Canada defines the life of the mattress as 15 years from the original purchase date.

Program Benefits & Conditions

Receive a 25% discount on eligible replacement layers and covers.
The discount period begins after the initial six-month Make It Right Layer Exchange Program expires.
The program remains available from six months through 15 years from the purchase date on the original invoice.
The discount is based on the current regular retail price of the replacement layer or cover.
The discount cannot be combined with other sales, promotions or offers.
A maximum of two replacement layers may be purchased per year, up to a maximum of five replacement layers per qualifying mattress.
A maximum of one replacement cover may be purchased every two years, up to a maximum of five replacement covers per qualifying mattress.
Replacement latex layers and covers must be the same size as the original mattress.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Purchasing replacement layers or covers does not extend the original Mattress Warranty.
The program is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase may be required.
