Make Right Layer Exchange Program

All Presto Customizable Mattresses purchased directly from MFC Latex Canada are eligible for our Make Right Layer Exchange Program, subject to the terms below.

• Exchanges must be requested within six months of the purchase date shown on the original invoice.
• A maximum of two layers may be exchanged in total.
• Layers may be exchanged at different times during the six-month exchange period.
• Only layers 3" thick or less are eligible for exchange. Solid 6" latex cores are not eligible and cannot be exchanged for another firmness or layering combination.
• The total thickness of the original mattress must remain the same.
• Return shipping of the original layer is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Returned layers must be in original condition and free from odours, tears, stains or other damage.

The Make It Right Layer Exchange Program is not available for custom-sized mattresses, as-is or clearance products, floor models, warranty claims or non-qualifying mattress models.

All Presto Customizable Mattresses that qualify for the Make It Right Layer Exchange Program also automatically qualify for our Lifetime Layer Replacement Program.

Lifetime Layer Replacements

After the initial six-month Make It Right Layer Exchange Program ends, owners of qualifying Presto Customizable Mattresses can purchase replacement layers or covers at a discounted price for the remaining life of the mattress.

For the purposes of this program, MFC Latex Canada defines the life of the mattress as 15 years from the original purchase date.

• Receive a 25% discount on eligible replacement layers and covers.
• The discount period begins after the initial six-month Make It Right Layer Exchange Program expires.
• The program remains available from six months through 15 years from the purchase date on the original invoice.
• The discount is based on the current regular retail price of the replacement layer or cover.
• The discount cannot be combined with other sales, promotions or offers.
• A maximum of two replacement layers may be purchased per year, up to a maximum of five replacement layers per qualifying mattress.
• A maximum of one replacement cover may be purchased every two years, up to a maximum of five replacement covers per qualifying mattress.
• Replacement latex layers and covers must be the same size as the original mattress.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Purchasing replacement layers or covers does not extend the original Mattress Warranty.
• The program is non-transferable.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
