*All items shipped Free from Canada!
Your items will be shipped with private carriers such as Canpar, Purolator, and LTL freight companies. Items are not shipped Canada post or to PO boxes.
* We are happy to offer free shipping to most Canadian customers, except for some items shipped in remote areas such as Yukon, NWT, Labrador, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and other secluded areas that do not qualify. If you are uncertain, please contact us first to see if we can offer you free delivery. In some cases, there may be a surcharge to cover in order to ship your item.
White Glove Delivery Service
In certains areas, a third party can offer in-house mattress delivery. This service includes bringing the mattress inside your home, setting it up, and in some cases removing the old mattress. Please contact us for details on this upgrade delivery service.
Old mattress removal
You can have your old mattress removed and disposed by calling 1-800-GOT-JUNK

Mattress toppers and pillows, toppers are rolled in plastic bags and shipped by courier within 3-5 business days or sooner after your order has been placed on line. Pillows are placed in an unsealed plastic bag and shipped in a box. Traveling time with couriers can take from 1-8 business days, depending on where you live. Couriers will not call you before they attempt delivery, but with the tracking number we provide, you'll know what day it will be delivered. If you are not home on the delivery day, the courier will may leave it on your doorstep or make 1 other delivery attempts before holding the item at the local depot for pickup.

Mattresses and Futons are shipped either by freight or by courier from our warehouse 5-9 business days after your order is placed on line. Traveling time is from 1-14 business days, depending on where you live. The freight company usually calls you to arrange a one man curb side delivery, once it reaches your location, in some cases delivery can happen without them calling you. IMPORTANT: Double, Queen and King mattresses are very heavy. The driver will be alone so you'll need assistance in handling the mattress and to bring it inside your home. We suggest you ask a neighbour or friend to help you handle the mattress. If you cannot get help, please enquire about our white glove in-home delivery service (extra cost) or shipping your mattress in layers (Free for our customizable models)
- If your mattress is shipped by courier, they will not call you before they attempt delivery, but with the tracking number we provide, you'll know what day it will be delivered. Bed frames are shipped by freight from our warehouse in 3 to 5 weeks. Traveling time by freight truck is from 1-14 business days, depending on where you live. The freight company will call you to arrange a one man curb side delivery, once it reaches your location (in some rare cases delivery can happen without them calling you first).
Storage Fees
When the freight company calls you to book an appointment for your mattress delivery, it's important to accept delivery the day following the call or else they will charge us storage fees ($35 a day) which will be charged to you.
Suggestion
If nobody can be home to accept delivery, you could always have it delivered to friends house or at your work, or you can leave a signed note on your front door telling the driver to leave the package somewhere safe around your home.
Damages
It is very important that you inspect the packaging when it gets out of the truck and accept the item even if the packaging is damaged. Please make a note of any damages to the packaging on the way bill before you sign for it (we will replace or compensate you for any damaged items)
Delays
We do our best to get your orders out as soon as possible. Sometimes there are some delays out of our control and we will advise if a delay will affect your order. Furthermore even though we do our best to provide the best possible service, we cannot be held responsible or refund your order because of occasional delays or mishaps incurred by the private shipping carriers.
Please note that If a parcel is returned to us (without prior authorization), you will be charged shipping fees (both ways) and a 25% restocking fee.
