Shipping & Delivery

Most items are handmade to order in our local factory and ship within 5–15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Some products may ship sooner or require additional time.

Standard shipping with a common carrier of our choice is FREE to all Canadian provinces. Please contact us if you need your order by a specific date or require a shipping quote to the Canadian Territories.

Mattress Shipping & Assembly

Mattresses thicker than 6" are shipped partially assembled to make shipping and handling easier. The bottom 6" arrives pre-assembled inside the mattress cover, while the remaining layers are installed at home and zipped into the cover.

Please note that multi-box shipments may occasionally arrive on different days. Use care when opening boxes and packaging to avoid accidentally damaging the mattress, cover or latex layers.
