Organic Dunlop Latex Toppers come with a FREE lightweight 3 oz organic cotton sleeve. Memory foam toppers do not come with a cover. If you want to upgrade to thicker, higher quality protective cover, we offer Bamboo, Tencel and Wool Quilted Organic Cotton that come with a nylon zipper.
