We were introduced to foam in 1989 when we manufactured bodywork equipment.

We discovered the benefits of high density and high resilience polyurethane foam and used them to manufacture massage and chiropractic tables.

We were the first company to use 5 lb memory foam in the headrest cushions. In the late 90’s nobody knew about memory foam, since only Tempur-Pedic ® was selling it to make mattresses. We sold the manufacturing plant and bought a B&B. Noticing that the beds were uncomfortable, we decided to add memory foam toppers that we used in our previous business. The result was instant success! Our customers sleeping on these mattresses were so amazed by the comfort and the deep sleep they experienced, that they wanted to buy some mattress toppers directly from us. At that point we decided to sell 5 lb memory foam toppers directly from the B&B and a new business was born!

To make things easier we built a website and began selling memory foam mattresses online. We attended trade shows, and were noticed by a local newspaper that did a full page article on us in the business section. At that point the business exploded.

We developed new and innovative mattresses, and expanded our business. We decide to sell the B&B to focus entirely on MFC and add new products such as platform bed frames and futons. In 2010 we added organic dunlop latex mattresses and bed toppers to our line for healthy non toxic sleep. It's been a wild journey, and we are proud to be serving Canada with bedroom comfort solutions for over 30 years!
