How Much Give Do You Want?
Every Presto Firm starts with the same supportive 6" Organic Dunlop core. Your comfort layer determines how much cushioning and pressure relief you feel above that foundation. Firmness and thickness work together, with Medium most commonly chosen in 2" and Soft most commonly chosen in 3".
More Pressure Relief
Soft allows the shoulders and hips to settle more easily into the latex for greater pressure relief. Due to the higher point of resistance, a softer topper benefits from additional depth, creating a more forgiving surface over the firm core.
More Supportive
Medium provides greater resistance and keeps you more connected to the firm core underneath. It's the best option for a supportive, distinctly firm overall feel.

Your Comfort Isn't Locked In
Your initial firmness is just the starting point. The top-zippered design allows you to rearrange the latex layers at home to fine-tune the balance of comfort and support. If rearranging the layers is not enough, our Make Right Layer Exchange Program lets you exchange an individual layer to further adjust the feel without replacing the entire mattress.
If a latex layer wears out prematurely, gets damaged accidentally, or if your firmness preferences change, you can simply replace it at a 25% discount. This avoids the hassle and cost of replacing the entire mattress—resulting in less waste for our environment and more money in your pocket!

Is the Presto Firm 100% latex?
Yes. Both the 6" support core and the separate comfort layer are Organic Dunlop latex. There is no polyurethane or memory foam inside the mattress.
Can the comfort layer be changed later?
The separate comfort layer and top-zippered cover provide access to the mattress components, making the comfort layer easier to adjust or replace than in a permanently glued mattress.

Bought the Maoli 8" in early 2018 - incredible mattress and still like new in every way in mid 2026. I can't imagine anything could wear out within a few decades if these first 8 years are an indication. The feel of these natural latex mattresses are second to none with superior support and overall comfort. (no more sore backs) Highly recommended. We've had the 10" Maoli for almost 4 months now and it has definitely improved our sleep. Back or side sleeping have both been very comfortable. Very happy with it so far.
Three months in this is a very comfortable and supportive mattress, exactly what I was looking for. Â If latex holds up as well as everyone says, this will be a very good value purchase despite the higher up front cost. I'm still surprised at how mushy the top soft layer feels when I sit on the edge of the mattress, yet still gives very good support when lying down. I recently purchased the Maoli natural latex mattress and am very happy with it. It's made from 100% certified natural latex, which is important to me. It's also made in Canada, which I appreciate as I try to support local businesses. The mattress is comfortable and I wake up feeling rested. I bought Maoli latex mattress and Bangkok bed (also wool mattress protector). Quality is superior. Colour of the bed is Kona ( exactly the same as you see online), just perfect, and finish is very beautifully. I was impressed how bed was packaged, it took a while to unpack, there is no way it could be damaged when get transported; Thats how thoroughly it was wrapped! Thank you. Delivery guys were great! Assembly took no time at all, easy. Mattress is great also, soft compare to my old hard one but getting use to new level of comfort. Customer service was amazing. Mario responded phone call and my multiple emails very quickly, answered all my questions. In a future, definitely will purchase again. VERY happy overall.
