Our warranty covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, changes in comfort preference or damage caused by misuse or improper support.

Latex and other cushioning materials naturally soften and settle slightly with use. Normal settling is not considered a defect. The permanent indentation must be equal to or greater than 1.5" to qualify for a warranty claim.

Yes. Mattresses must be used on a suitable, supportive foundation or bed frame. Inadequate support can damage the mattress and may affect warranty coverage.

Please email us a description of the issue and photos of the indentation measured against a straight edge and the support structure the mattress is resting on. We’ll review the claim and let you know the next steps.
