Responsive, Natural Support
Buoyant
Comfort that responds. Natural Talalay compresses under pressure and immediately recovers as you move, creating a lively sleep surface that's easy to move on.
Supportive
More substance underneath. Its high natural-rubber content creates a more supportive character, balancing pressure relief with resilient resistance.
Adaptable
Fine-tune your comfort. Three firmness levels and two thicknesses let you control both the amount of give and how much the topper changes your existing mattress.

Natural Talalay uses a high natural-rubber formulation to create resilient, responsive cushioning. The Talalay process produces a consistent cell structure for even pressure relief, while the natural latex provides a more supportive feel than Classic Talalay.

Protection Without the Bulk
A thin, breathable cover protects the latex while allowing its natural responsiveness to come through. Minimal padding between you and the latex helps preserve the buoyant feel and pressure relief of Natural Talalay.

如何选择合适的床垫伴侣
1. Assess Your Mattress
A topper does not replace the feel of the mattress underneath. Instead, the two work together as a sleep system.
As a general rule, the firmer the mattress, the firmer the topper should be. A topper that is too soft for a very firm mattress can compress too quickly, allowing you to feel the hard surface underneath rather than creating lasting pressure relief. The goal is to choose enough cushioning and support to create a smoother transition between your body and the mattress below.

Fine-Tune the Surface
If your mattress is already close to comfortable, a 2" Natural Talalay topper can add responsive pressure relief without dramatically changing the character of the mattress underneath.
A softer firmness can provide the additional give you need while the mattress continues to provide most of the underlying support.

Create More Separation
If your mattress is significantly too firm, a 3" topper creates a deeper comfort layer between your body and the mattress below. With more latex to work with, you have greater flexibility to choose firmness based on your preferred feel rather than simply compensating for the mattress underneath.

Responsive Pressure Relief
Soft Natural Talalay provides the most give while retaining the resilient response of natural latex. It's particularly effective for fine-tuning a mattress that's a little too firm. In 3", the additional depth allows Soft to provide deeper pressure relief even when the mattress underneath is considerably firmer.

Balanced Comfort & Support
Medium combines noticeable cushioning with greater resistance than Soft. Its balance of pressure relief and resilient support makes it a versatile option across both 2" and 3" thicknesses.

Resilient Support
Firm provides the greatest resistance and least initial give. In a 2" topper, it can provide a more substantial comfort layer over a very firm mattress without allowing you to compress through the latex as easily. Choose Firm in 3" when a deeper but distinctly supportive Talalay feel is the goal.

3. Choose Your Thickness
Once you have chosen the right firmness, thickness determines how much influence the topper will have on the overall feel of your bed. A 2-inch topper allows you to feel more of the mattress underneath, while a 3-inch topper gives the latex a greater role in cushioning and supporting your body.
In general, choose 2 inches to fine-tune a mattress that is already close to comfortable and 3 inches when you need a more substantial change. The firmness you selected in Step 2 still matters, so a thicker topper should not automatically be considered softer.

Fine-Tune the Feel
A 2-inch Talalay topper is ideal when your mattress is already close to comfortable and needs additional pressure relief or cushioning. You experience Talalay's buoyant response while retaining more of the character and support of the mattress underneath.

Create a Bigger Change
A 3-inch Talalay topper gives the latex more room to contour and support the body before you reach the mattress underneath. It is the better choice when you want Talalay to have a greater influence on the overall sleep surface or when the existing mattress needs a more substantial comfort adjustment.

Why Not Always Choose Soft?
It may seem logical that the firmer your mattress is, the softer your topper should be, but that is not always the case. A Soft topper can work extremely well when a mattress is only a little too firm. On a very hard mattress, however, Soft latex may compress too quickly and allow you to feel the firm surface underneath.
Medium or Firm latex provides more resistance, creating a more gradual transition between your body and a very firm mattress. The result can actually provide better pressure relief than simply placing the softest possible topper over a hard surface.
Compare Our Latex Toppers
Three Types of Latex. Three Distinct Feels
All three toppers provide responsive latex cushioning and pressure relief. The biggest difference is how the latex feels and responds beneath you.

Grounded & Supportive
Organic Dunlop has a denser, more grounded feel with less bounce. It provides responsive pressure relief while keeping you well supported, making it a great choice when you want cushioning without an overly plush feel.
Feel: Grounded, supportive, responsive
Best For: Balanced pressure relief with a more stable feel

Buoyant & Supportive
Natural Talalay has the buoyant responsiveness Talalay is known for, but with a firmer, more supportive feel than Classic Talalay. It contours easily while maintaining a strong sense of support.
Feel: Buoyant, responsive, supportive
Best For: Talalay comfort with greater support

Plush & Buoyant
Classic Talalay has the softest, most buoyant feel of the three. Its more forgiving response allows the body to settle easily into the topper for enhanced pressure relief.
Feel: Plush, buoyant, pressure relieving
Best For: Maximum cushioning and a softer surface feel

FAQ
Have questions about latex mattresses? Explore straightforward answers about materials, construction, firmness, care, and choosing the right mattress for you.
What is the difference between Dunlop and Talalay latex?
Dunlop and Talalay are two different methods of manufacturing latex foam. Both can produce high-quality, durable latex for mattresses, but they generally have different feels.
Dunlop latex is denser, firmer and more supportive. It has a more grounded feel with less bounce, making it particularly well suited to support and transition layers.
Talalay latex has a lighter, more responsive feel. It compresses more easily and has more bounce, which is why it is commonly used in comfort layers and mattresses designed for greater pressure relief.
The manufacturing process isn't the only factor that affects how latex feels. Natural rubber content is equally important. For example, blended Talalay made with natural and synthetic rubber is generally softer than 100% natural Talalay. A soft blended Dunlop can also feel softer than a firmer 100% natural Talalay.
Neither process is inherently better. The right choice depends on the feel, firmness and support you're looking for.
What is the difference between Natural and Synthetic rubber?
Natural and synthetic latex can both be used to make durable, responsive mattress foam, but they differ in where the rubber comes from and how the finished latex feels.
Natural latex is made from natural rubber harvested from rubber trees. Synthetic latex is made from petrochemical-derived rubber, most commonly styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). Many latex products use a blend of natural and synthetic rubber rather than being entirely one or the other.
Natural rubber generally produces a denser, firmer and more supportive latex foam. Adding
synthetic rubber can create a softer, more yielding feel. This means natural content can affect mattress feel just as much as whether the latex is made using the Dunlop or Talalay process.
A higher natural content isn't automatically the right choice for every sleeper. The best option depends on your priorities for feel, support, natural materials and price.
Does latex have an odour?
Yes. Natural latex has a mild, distinctive rubber-like smell, especially when it is new. This is the natural scent of the latex itself and does not mean the mattress is off-gassing harmful chemicals.
Most people describe the smell as slightly sweet, rubbery or vanilla-like. It is generally most noticeable when a new mattress, topper or pillow is first unpacked and gradually becomes less noticeable with exposure to fresh air.
Because latex has its own natural scent, some smell may remain if you put your nose directly against the latex foam. However, once the latex is inside a mattress cover and bedding is added, most people don't notice it during normal use.
The strength of the scent can vary between different types and batches of latex. If you're particularly sensitive to smells, allowing the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room before use can help.
What does Natural Talalay feel like?
Natural Talalay feels buoyant, responsive and supportive. It cushions pressure points while providing resilient resistance underneath the body.
Is Natural Talalay 100% natural latex?
Natural Talalay has a very high natural-rubber content, with small amounts of other ingredients required to manufacture and vulcanize the latex foam.
Is Natural Talalay softer than Dunlop?
Not necessarily. Manufacturing process is only one factor that determines feel. Natural content and density also play an important role.
What's the difference between Natural and Classic Talalay?
Natural Talalay has much higher natural-rubber content and a firmer, more supportive character. Classic Talalay uses a natural and synthetic latex blend that creates a softer, more flexible feel.
Should I choose 2" or 3"?
Choose 2" to fine-tune a mattress that's only a little too firm. Choose 3" when the mattress is much too firm or you want Natural Talalay to determine more of the overall comfort.

I received my order today and want to thank you for so quickly shipping it to me. I'm in plenty of time before my guests arrive next week. And, as always (this is my third mattress topper from you) I am very pleased with the product. Thank you again. Liana O.
Comfortable but not so soft that it hurts my back. Delivery was quick.
I added this Talalay topper over my Dunlop latex mattress and it gives me the extra softness I need, Wonderful product
